Cross Complaint by Alleged Sexual Harasser Dismissed

Plaintiff sued several parties alleging sexual harassment in Fairfield, assault and other claims. One of the Defendants cross complained alleging that plaintiff published false statements to others, including friends, co-workers, healthcare workers and the police. The Court issued an order striking the cross complant as covered by California’s “SLAPP” statute. Plaintiff’s complaints to police and nurses were “protected activity”. Aber v.
