Cross Complaint by Alleged Sexual Harasser Dismissed

Plaintiff sued several parties alleging sexual harassment, assault and other claims. One of the Defendants cross complained alleging that plaintiff published false statements to others, including friends, co-workers, healthcare workers and the police.
